A review from the website Trusted reviews had this to say
on the Sports game “FIFA 13 isn’t a gigantic step on from FIFA 12. It looks more polished, its Career Mode is deeper and, as is the case every year, once you sink a couple of hours into it returning to last year’s iteration is unthinkable. But it lacks any jaw dropping feature that makes it feel like an undisputed champ in its genre – a fact that isn’t helped by the fact PES 2013 and Football Manager 2013 will be the strongest challenges it will have faced in years“

EA has announced that more than 14.5 million copies of FIFA 13 have been sold to date. The news comes as part of EA’s fourth quarter 2013 earnings report, which states that FIFA 13 sales represent “a 30% increase versus FIFA 12 in the prior year.”According to EA, FIFA 13’s revenue from digital sales hit $200 million in EA’s 2013 fiscal year, “a 94% increase versus FIFA 12 in the prior year.” Total revenue from FIFA for the year was nearly $350 million, including FIFA Online and FIFA World Class Soccer. But it lacks any jaw dropping feature that makes it feel like an undisputed champ in its genre – a fact that isn’t helped by the fact PES 2013 and Football Manager 2013 will be the strongest challenges it will have faced in years“

makers EA Sports

Genre:  Sports

The makers of this game and every other Fifa game is Electronic Arts Sports or for short you can call the
This is the Fifa 13
face book page I don’t know if it’s the official page or unofficial page but this was the one with the most likes and here is the description of it.

And EA has posted videos on their website and YouTube about what new features it has from the previous Fifa games and maybe tutorials of how to play the game.

Target audience would probably be maybe 90% boys and 10% girls as boys are more interested in the game because doing research there are no female you tubers that do Fifa videos apart from a few and probably from a age for 9+ I don’t think people over the age of 40 is into football games.

more reviews about the game:

“It's an odd conundrum, the annual sports game. Many grizzle that the concept fleeces consumers, asked to fork out £40 every year for a game with some new kits and the odd tweak to the game play with wacky nonsense monikers like TOTAL PRO CONTROL 360 or ALL NEW FOOT TO BALL SIMULATIONS. But what EA understand with all of its sport series, from FIFA to NHL to Madden NFL, is that these are games played from the day of release, right up to the day the next edition arrives. It's a subscription, essentially. £40 a year to play and, every 12 months, EA will sort out the new kits, move the players around and polish up the game itself, maybe chuck in a new mode here and there too. And the cycle continues.

The trailer for the game shows the features of the game and how it works on the players and how it could influence the game : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ia43OgdBHaE this trailer is the first trailer released by E3

with all the emotions of the relief and frustration this game has provided there has been so many complaints to EA about there servers and when they play online they suddenly lose connection to the Ea servers with often ends a loss for the user who had there connection lost here is the view of a person who has experienced this

  1. WWW: This is a seriously impressive, detailed research project. The sales figures, profit and reviews research is very good. Your review suggesting FIFA is in effect a subscription service is fascinating - we will have to discuss that when we start the exam topic.
EBI: As a blog post, I'd like it to be much more visual - images, embedded videos and more. In Media, it has to look professional and appealing.
LR: Go back to the layout of this post and improve it.
